This policy is designed to protect your business regarding custom prints (like large-scale Panaflex maps) while meeting the strict transparency requirements mandated by Google Merchant Center to protect your "Great" store quality score.
Return & Refund Policy
At MapStore.art, we take immense pride in the cartographic integrity and manufacturing quality of our premium wall charts, historical maps, and scientific visualizations. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help you resolve the issue efficiently.
1. Return Windows and Eligibility
We offer a 3-day return window from the date your shipment is marked as delivered by the carrier.
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
The map or wall chart must be unused, unmounted, and in the exact condition that you received it.
It must be free from wrinkles, tears, finger oils, or edge damage.
The product must be returned in its original heavy-duty protective shipping tube or equivalent protective structural packaging to prevent crushing during transit.
Non-Returnable Items:
Custom-Sized Prints: Any map or chart printed with custom dimensions, specific regional crops, or bespoke institutional branding requested via special order cannot be returned or exchanged.
Gift Cards: Digital gift vouchers are non-refundable.
2. Damaged, Defective, or Misprinted Items
Because maps contain fine typographic details and delicate visual data, we enforce rigorous quality control. However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, we will issue a swift replacement at zero cost to you.
Reporting Damage: Please inspect your package immediately upon delivery. If the shipping tube arrived crushed or the map itself is defective, notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
Required Documentation: Email us at support@mapstore.art (or message our official WhatsApp support channel) with your order number, a clear description of the defect, and photos showing both the damaged packaging and the affected print area.
Resolution: Once the photo documentation is verified, we will immediately initiate the printing and shipment of a brand-new replacement map. You will not be required to return the damaged item.
3. The Return Process
If you change your mind about a standard-size catalog item, follow these steps to initiate a return:

Request an Authorization: Contact our support team at freebiz.pk@gmail.comwith your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Do not ship items back without receiving an RMA confirmation.
Package securely: Carefully roll the map, slide it back into its protective structural tube, and secure both end-caps firmly with packing tape.
Shipping Address: Ship your return package to our central fulfillment facility:

Return Shipping Costs: For standard returns due to buyer's remorse (e.g., ordering the wrong size or changing your mind), the customer is responsible for paying all return shipping fees. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
4. Refunds and Processing Times
Once your return package arrives at our warehouse, our team will inspect the print to ensure it meets our resale standards.
Notification: We will send you an email or WhatsApp notification confirming that we have received your returned item and will inform you whether the refund has been approved or rejected based on the item's condition.
Approved Refunds: If approved, your refund will be processed immediately. A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (or via agreed banking transfer details) within 5 to 7 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received your refund after 7 business days, first double-check your bank account or credit card company, as processing and posting times can vary slightly. If you have done this and still have not received your funds, contact us at support@mapstore.art.
5. Order Cancellations
Because our maps are printed using high-resolution machinery shortly after an order is secured, orders can only be cancelled or modified within 12 hours of placement. Once a map has entered the physical printing and cutting phase, the order can no longer be cancelled and must follow the standard return process outlined above.
